Element Movements
Thursday Slow Flow 7:00pm Ease the pace to relax, release and restore the body. Our Slow Flow classes are light and creative, with a slow and restoring pace. Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.

Rise & Shine Yoga  ::  Sat 8:45-9:45 am  ::  Oct 14 – Nov 4 and Nov 18 – Dec 9
A balanced yoga class with slow flowing vinyasa, strong standing sequences and finishing with relaxing restful poses.

Yoga for Kids 
Making yoga and mindfulness fun for kids. Join us for dynamic and static flexibility exercise that will allow kids to run faster, jump higher and condition themselves for all kinds of activities.
5 – 8 years  ::  Sat 10:00 – 10:30 am  ::  Oct 14 – Nov 4 and Nov 18 – Dec 9
9 – 14 years  ::  Sat 10:45 – 11:30am  ::  Oct 14 – Nov 4 and Nov 18 – Dec 9

Somatics Yoga  ::  Sun 7:00 – 8:00 pm  ::  Oct 15 – Nov 5 and Nov 19 – Dec 10
Somatics Yoga is a unique brain to muscle re-education that combines traditional yoga postures, somatic movements, breath exercise and healing visualizations. Through movement and meditation, muscles are reprogrammed to dissolve stress, tension and chronic pain, significantly increase flexibility and improve strength and posture.
