Yoga and Pilates classes this summer

Spring Session 2 @ the Academy of Music

Classes are going really well at the Academy of Music space. Another 6-week session has been planned. Come and get rid of your gardening stiffness, your marathon training soreness or take some time for yourself to re-energize and nurture your mind, body and Self.
