Monday 7 – 8:15 am :: Aerial Yoga

Monday 5:30 – 6:45 pm  :: Hot Power Yoga
This practice is based on foundational yoga poses performed in a dynamic style. The pace is energizing and the poses are modified for personal limitations, while challenging experienced practitioners. The class takes place in a heated room.

Monday 7:30 – 8:45 am :: Aerial Yoga

Wednesday 5:30 – 6:40 pm  :: Warm Yoga Beginner & Level 1
This class is intended for students that are hesitant about the heat and new to yoga. The class will focus on proper alignment and a better understanding of the yoga postures. The studio won’t be as hot as the other classes. All levels of students welcome.

Wednesday 7:30 – 9 pm  :: Hot Yoga Level 2
This class combines elements of flow yoga and longer holds of yoga postures to experience the effortless effort yoga brings to the mind and body. This class is intended for student with yoga experience and have attended the level 1 class.

Friday  7 – 8:15 am  :: Hot Power Yoga
This practice is based on foundational yoga poses performed in a dynamic style. The pace is energizing and the poses are modified for personal limitations, while challenging experienced practitioners. The class takes place in a heated room.

Friday  10 – 11:15 am  :: Hatha Yoga
Strengthen your foundation and your yoga practice. All levels welcome.

Yoga Series

Prenatal Yoga
A great opportunity to take up yoga or continue your practice in a class designed for the needs of an expecting mother.

Yoga 101 Series
Perfect for new beginners or fresh yoga students. Learn basic yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques. An understanding the basic principles provides a solid foundation for a safe and beneficial yoga practice. Perfect for people who like to learn sequentiality with the same teacher in a small group. No previous yoga experience necessary.
